DM Industrial offers Preventative Maintenance Programs utilizing an independent lab for oil analysis. We chart 3 digit ISO cleanliness codes along with failure analysis reports with recommendations for prevention. These fluid analysis reports determine particle count, cleanliness code and comparison, water content, trend and photomicroph. We provide a fast turn-around of results within 24-48 hours.
DM's reclaimation system is designed to reach servo cleanliness levels. It removes particles from the general contamination failures listed below:
- Corrosive Wear - water or chemical contamination causing rust or chemical reaction
- Cavitation - restricted inlet flow causing shocks that break away, critical surface material
- Erosive - fine particles in a high speed stream that eat away a metering edge or critical surface
- Fatigue - particles bridging a clearance
- Adhesive - loss of oil film allowing metal to metal contact between moving surfaces
- Abrasive - hard particles bridging two moving surfaces scraping one or both
- Aeration - air bubbles in fluid breaking away surface material

Auxiliary Filters
DM Industrial's auxilary filters are not just another filter. Standard filters are typically pleated paper that only can provide partial filtration.
DM's filters provide parallel flow. Not outside to inside flow. In our filters, fluid is forced to flow the entire length of the each media segment. The result is 1 micron or less.
